The 2021 North Carolina Professional Appraisers Coalition
NCPAC's Officers and Board members met yesterday afternoon (26 Aug 2021) and decided to cancel our live conference events and instead will hold a Virtual Conference for 2021 on 08 October 2021 (Friday). This is in response to the reports of rising Covid infection rates and lack of hospital capacity in the Western NC area. We will be sending out reminders with a link to sign up in the next few days.
The Board decided to give our CDA members forbearance in regards to the 2021 CDA Tour and are providing a temporary option/requirement for all CDA members to complete within the year. All CDA members will have missed the last 2 CDA Tour Cycles due to Covid requirements requiring virtual conferences for 2020 & 2021.
The Board is requiring all CDA members to complete 7 hours of the following:
A small corps team of NCPAC Board members and officers will meet in Greensboro on 08 October 2021 to present our 2021 Virtual Conference via Zoom, this will allow us to make decisions and changes in real time. The Board members made a decision under our emergency rules that newly elected officers to not have to be physically present but must be in attendance virtually to be sworn in.
A huge thanks goes out to our Sponsors for this year’s event – Corelogic, AgCarolina Farm Credit/Cape Fear Farm Credit and McKissock. We hope that you will continue to support us in the years ahead!
