NCPAC
The North Carolina Professional Appraisers Coalition
Hello Fellow NC Appraisers
North Carolina Professional Appraisers Coalition (NCPAC) will be hosting a virtual conference on October 9th, 2020 via ZOOM. I would like to personally invite all appraisers to take part in the general session beginning at 9:00 am. We will have multiple guest speakers during the program.
Our panel of speakers will be:
This year has been a different year for all of us, adjusting to the global pandemic and moving into a world filled with virtual meetings, inspections and classrooms. The NCPAC Officers and Board of Directors have decided that this year there will be no Coalition Designated Appraiser (CDA) continuing educations due to the ongoing pandemic and social distancing requirements. This means that all currently designated members that are in good standing with NCPAC will receive credit for this year’s CDA CE requirement and will be required to attend the 2021 conference for the CDA designation continuing education. This was not an easy decision for myself or the board, as we all look forward to the fellowship and professional networking that takes place at the annual conference.
I know that this will be a different conference than we are accustom to but, I hope that each of you will join use for the meeting on October 9th, 2020. After the general session the NCPAC membership will hold the annual business meeting and installation of officers during the afternoon session. Attached is an agenda for the day’s events. It has been a pleasure to have had the opportunity to serve as the 2019-2020 NCPAC President. What a great experience to have been surrounded and supported by such a wonderful group of officers and directors that work for ALL appraisers in North Carolina. Thank you and we look forward to seeing all of you at the virtual conference this year.
Respectfully,
Graham Smith, CDA, GAA
