The North Carolina Professional Appraisers Coalition (NCPAC) is now accepting nominations and volunteers for open leadership roles in the upcoming term. If you’re passionate about protecting and advancing the appraisal profession in North Carolina, this is your moment to lead.
📣 Open Elected Positions:
President-Elect
Must be a current or former Board Member.
(4-year officer track: President-Elect → President → Past President → Immediate Past President)
Vice President
1-year term
Secretary
2-year term (limit of 2 consecutive terms)
Board Members
3–4 open seats, 2-year terms

The North Carolina Professional Appraisers Coalition (NCPAC) was organized for the purpose of serving and protecting the collective interest of all professional appraisers in North Carolina. To this end, it will encourage professional appraisal practice and promote professional appraisal services by providing a number of services to its members, including, but not limited to, the following:

The North Carolina Professional Appraisers Coalition (NCPAC) was founded on 06/11/2002. It was organized for the purpose of serving and protecting the collective interest of all professional appraisers in North Carolina.
