Day 1: Defensibility & Risk Management

- Practical strategies to build defensible reports and protect your license.

Day 2 Morning: The Factory Floor Experience
- Private tour of the Champion Homes manufacturing facility in Lillington
- See framing, systems, and construction quality up close.
- Understand cost drivers and what impacts value.
- Learn what you cannot see from the street.
- Note: CDA members will receive first priority for the tour, with additional member access if space allows.

Day 2 Afternoon: Technical Panel
- Featuring perspectives from NCMHA, NCDOI, and industry professionals:
- Foundations & Installation: Setup, permanency, and real-world construction.
- Lending & Financing: Revision triggers, GSE expectations, and eligibility issues.
- Identification: Tiny homes, park models, and HUD data plates.
- Gray Areas: Solving the real problems appraisers face today.
- Pending CE Approval: 3 hours
